Engineering Duty Manager

Reporting into our Engineering Manager, the Engineering Duty Manager will be part of a team primarily responsible for leading the day-to-day activities of all the airports engineering Department, delivering 24/7 support and service to the operational needs of a thriving airport. Providing essential maintenance and technical service across the airport’s infrastructure, whilst maintaining the highest safety and compliance practices.

We’re looking for an experienced engineer with a recognised qualification in either Electrical or Mechanical Engineering and experience in High Voltage Electrical Installations. You'll also be passionate about People and will have previous experience of successfully leading and developing a high performing team.

This is a shift based role, working 2 days, 2 nights 4 on 4 off. Annual leave is scheduled to ensure operational consistency however there is flexibility within this for emergency annual leave requirements and shift swaps.
