How our sorting works

The order in which job vacancies are displayed is determined by a composite score based on the following factors:

  • Keyword Relevance: How well your search terms match the vacancy details. We prioritize matches found in the job title, followed by job requirements, location names, and educational levels. Matches within general employer information or the organization's name carry a lower weight.
  • Commercial Prioritization (Premium Jobs): Vacancies paid for by employers ('Premium' or 'Sponsored') receive a ranking boost and will appear higher in the search results.
  • Recency (Date Relevance): Newer vacancies are prioritized. The relevance score of a vacancy is reduced by half once the posting is older than 30 days.
  • Proximity (Distance Relevance): Vacancies located closer to your search location are ranked higher. For vacancies located more than 30 km from the search center, the relevance score is halved.
The final ranking is established by multiplying all these individual factors to calculate the total relevance score.

    £30k - £32k base, £10k OTE, health, share options, 28 days holiday plus bank holidays

    We are recruiting for a Manchester Scale up within the LegalTech space. They have an award winning SaaS solution that’s driven by AI and Machine learning and delivers effective time and cost savings for their customers. The have doubled their revenues each year and benefit from Series B funding.

    They are looking for an experienced SDR to come and join their successful Sales Development team. The role involves researching potential sales opportunities and building a strong and consistent pipeline of high quality leads and meetings. You will be booking these meetings for the Account Executives to convert and close. You will utilise a number of routes to market in this role including calls, emails social selling and Linkedin as well as qualifying any inbound opportunities that come in.

    If successful in the role, you can progress into an Account Executive position in year 2.

    To be considered for this position you must

    - Have 6 months plus outbound sales or recruitment experience

    - A track record of success

    - Be comfortable generating leads via a multi channel approach

    - Ability to thrive in a fast paced scale up environment

    - Comfortable working in a target driven environment
