How our sorting works

The order in which job vacancies are displayed is determined by a composite score based on the following factors:

  • Keyword Relevance: How well your search terms match the vacancy details. We prioritize matches found in the job title, followed by job requirements, location names, and educational levels. Matches within general employer information or the organization's name carry a lower weight.
  • Commercial Prioritization (Premium Jobs): Vacancies paid for by employers ('Premium' or 'Sponsored') receive a ranking boost and will appear higher in the search results.
  • Recency (Date Relevance): Newer vacancies are prioritized. The relevance score of a vacancy is reduced by half once the posting is older than 30 days.
  • Proximity (Distance Relevance): Vacancies located closer to your search location are ranked higher. For vacancies located more than 30 km from the search center, the relevance score is halved.
The final ranking is established by multiplying all these individual factors to calculate the total relevance score.

    Senior Oracle HCM Techno-Functional Lead

    About the role

    You will play a pivotal role in the implementation of the HCM component of the Oracle Fusion application.

    Acting as the bridge between the team configuring Oracle and the technical teams implementing the associated integrations and reports plus any PaaS extensions required for the systems implementation. 

    You will lead the HCM workstream and work closely with the client Oracle configuration team to interpret requirements from the configuration of Oracle HCM so that the technical team can design and build the corresponding integrations, PaaS extensions and reports required for the system implementation.

    Your responsibilities: 

    Business Analysis:

    Provide functional expertise and guidance to the project team on Oracle Fusion HCM modules

     Ability to interpret the client requirements and support the design, configuration, and customization of Oracle Fusion HCM modules to meet those business requirements

    Reporting Catalogue Mapping and Gapping:

    Facilitate the mapping of the current reporting catalogue to Oracle Fusion’s reporting capabilities.

    Identify gaps and design solutions leveraging Oracle’s suite of analytics and reporting tools

    Ensure alignment between the reporting catalogue and business requirements

    Customer Workshops and Engagement:

    Plan and lead customer workshops as required to gather reporting requirements, align expectations, and provide guidance on Oracle Fusion reporting capabilities

    Through workshops, identify those requirements that will have a corresponding integrations requirement

    Identify all requirements that will need the technical team to implement a solution be in that in reporting, integrations, PaaS or have a wider technical impact

    Stakeholder Management:

    Collaborate closely with functional and technical leads to ensure technical requirements are seamlessly integrated into the overall implementation plan

    Maintain open lines of communication with stakeholders to manage expectations and provide regular updates on the progress of the HCM workstream

    Governance and Best Practices:

    Establish and enforce adherence to Oracle best practises with regards to system configuration

    Promote the use of standardized Oracle functionality and solutions to minimize customizations and support scalability

    Risk Management and Issue Resolution:

    Identify risks related to reporting delivery and proactively implement mitigation strategies

    Address and resolve HCM related escalations promptly to avoid project delays

    You will have:

    Extensive experience with Oracle Fusion applications, particularly in HCM

    Strong knowledge of Oracle reporting tools, including OTBI, BI Publisher, HCM Analytics, SCM Analytics, and ERP Analytics

    Strong technical and functional expertise in areas such as Core HR, Talent Management, Absence Management, Benefits, Payroll etc.

    Atom Feed, HCM Loader and HDL, HCM REST API, HCM Extract

    Ability to configure and customize Oracle Fusion applications to meet specific business requirements

    Experience in testing Oracle Fusion HCM configurations to ensure accuracy and reliability

    Keeping up to date with Oracle Fusion updates, patches, and new features

    Exceptional communication and facilitation skills, with experience conducting workshops and managing stakeholder expectations

    Analytical mindset with the ability to translate business requirements into reporting and technical solutions

    Good Communicator and Listener

    Proactive – enjoys problem-solving
