Operations Director – The Role:
This is a senior leadership opportunity for an experienced operational executive with a proven background within large manufacturing environments. The Operations Director will be responsible for overseeing the full operational function, ensuring manufacturing performance, supply chain efficiency and operational excellence across the organisation.
Working closely with the senior leadership team, the successful candidate will drive strategic initiatives, enhance operational processes and develop a scalable operational infrastructure.
Operations Director – Key Responsibilities:
- Develop & deliver the operational strategy in line with business objectives & growth plans
- Provide leadership across Manufacturing, Production, Supply Chain, Planning, Warehousing and Logistics functions
- Drive operational efficiency, productivity and continuous improvement across all manufacturing
- Ensure strong collaboration across Operations, Engineering, Commercial and Finance teams
- Ensure compliance with all quality, health & safety and environmental standards
Operations Director – You:
- Proven experience operating at Operations Director or senior operational leadership level within a large manufacturing organisation
- Strong background overseeing complex manufacturing and assembly operations
- Demonstrated success in improving operational performance, productivity and efficiency
- Experience leading large, multi-functional operational teams within fast-paced manufacturing environments
