How our sorting works

The order in which job vacancies are displayed is determined by a composite score based on the following factors:

  • Keyword Relevance: How well your search terms match the vacancy details. We prioritize matches found in the job title, followed by job requirements, location names, and educational levels. Matches within general employer information or the organization's name carry a lower weight.
  • Commercial Prioritization (Premium Jobs): Vacancies paid for by employers ('Premium' or 'Sponsored') receive a ranking boost and will appear higher in the search results.
  • Recency (Date Relevance): Newer vacancies are prioritized. The relevance score of a vacancy is reduced by half once the posting is older than 30 days.
  • Proximity (Distance Relevance): Vacancies located closer to your search location are ranked higher. For vacancies located more than 30 km from the search center, the relevance score is halved.
The final ranking is established by multiplying all these individual factors to calculate the total relevance score.

    Multi-drop Delivery Class 2 Driver
    Location: Rayleigh, SS6 7FY
    Shifts: Monday to Friday, 5am starts
    Pay Rate: £16.50 per hour
    Opportunity: Temporary to Permanent

    THE OPPORTUNITY:

We're looking for hardworking, reliable Multi-Drop Delivery Drivers to join our team delivering flooring products across the Strood area. It starts temporary, with the opportunity for a permanent career based on performance.

    THE ROLE:

    Average 15-22 drops per day - retailers, high street locations, customer lockups (Job and Finish)
    Manual handling involved - this role includes lifting, moving, and handling flooring products, so you'll need to be comfortable with physical tasks and prepared for an active working day
    Use of a winch to assist with unloading
    Complete daily checks, paperwork and PODs
    Be the face of the company - reliable, respectful, and customer-focused
    £16.50 per hour - GUARANTEED 45 HOURS PAY PER WEEK (Job and Finish)WHAT YOU NEED:

    Class 2, CAT C Licence (Essential)
    Valid CPC & Digi Tacho
    Max 6 points - no major endorsements
    Newly qualified drivers welcome
