* Technical Expertise: Proven experience with DMR, PMR, or Tetra radio systems.
* RF Knowledge: A solid general understanding of Radio Frequency.
* Engineering Background: Practical experience in installations, systems engineering, or fieldwork.
* Readiness to Move: You must have the Full Right to Work in the UK and a valid passport for international travel.
