Due to continued growth and a huge volume of live vacancies, we’re looking for ambitious Recruitment Resourcers to join our successful team in SE1. You’ll be joining an established division within the Building Services, Maintenance, and Hard FM sector, working closely alongside experienced senior billers who will support your development from day one and help you start earning commission quickly.
Whether you already have recruitment experience or you’re completely new to the industry, we want to hear from people who are motivated, hardworking, and driven by success.
The Role
This is a 180 recruitment role focused on candidate delivery and resourcing across the Building Services and Hard FM market.
Your responsibilities will include:
* Sourcing and qualifying candidates for live vacancies
* Building relationships with engineers, supervisors, and technical professionals
* Managing candidate pipelines and interview coordination
* Writing adverts and proactively headhunting talent
* Supporting senior consultants with key client accounts
* Learning the recruitment process from top-performing consultants
* Working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
Progression & Career Development
This role offers a clear and structured progression path into a full 360 Recruitment Consultant position.
As you develop, you’ll have the opportunity to:
* Take ownership of your own client accounts
* Win new business and build your own desk
* Manage the full recruitment cycle from start to finish
* Progress into a 360 Consultant role with increased commission opportunities
* Eventually move into Senior Consultant, Team Leader, or Management positions
