They’ve recently launched a new long-term funded contract and are now recruiting Employment Advisors for their Hillingdon team.
You’ll be trained as an IPS Employment Specialist, supporting people with mental health conditions, disabilities, or other barriers into employment. This is a community-based role where you’ll work across locations including Job Centres, Council Offices, and NHS Trust sites. Travel between sites is paid.
You’ll manage a caseload of around 25 participants, helping them build confidence, identify career goals, and move towards sustainable employment.
Full training is provided, including shadowing experienced staff and ongoing support from your Team Leader.

Mental health support
Youth work
SEN support
Coaching or mentoring
Support work placementsYou’ll need to be organised, resilient, and comfortable working independently in the community. The role is target-driven and involves a high level of lone working, although strong support systems are in place.

Permanent, full-time role
Monday to Friday, 9am–5pm
Community-based role (no home working)
You must live within reasonable travelling distance of Hillingdon
