Our client is looking for an experienced and hands-on Working Carpenter Supervisor to join their growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys leading from the front, working on the tools, and progressing long term within a well-established construction business.

The role will involve supervising and delivering a variety of internal fit-out and refurbishment projects across sectors including retail, hospitals, care homes and schools.

The Ideal Candidate Will Have:

* Strong experience in 1st & 2nd fix carpentry

* Background in internal fit-out projects

* Experience with pitched and flat roofing

* Previous supervisory experience on projects up to £200k

* Excellent leadership and organisational skills

* A flexible approach and willingness to work away when required

Essential Qualifications:

* SSSTS

* CSCS Card

* 3-Day First Aid

* Asbestos Awareness

* DBS Check

Location of Works:

Projects are mainly based across:

* Cardiff

* Newport

* Swansea

There may also be occasional works in the Midlands, London and South West areas.

Package:
