About the Company:
We are working with a well-established consultancy in the heart of Liverpool, known for delivering exceptional Surveying and Project Management services. They are looking to expand their team with the addition of an experienced Senior Chartered Building Surveyor.
The Role:
As a Senior Chartered Building Surveyor, you will take the lead on a wide range of projects across sectors including residential, commercial, and public. This role offers the opportunity to manage your own workload, mentor junior surveyors, and build relationships with key clients, ensuring projects are delivered to a high standard.
Key Responsibilities of the Senior Chartered Building Surveyor
Managing building surveys, dilapidations, refurbishments, and project management.
Preparing specifications, schedules of work, and contract administration.
Providing professional advice on property and construction matters.
Undertaking feasibility studies, condition surveys, and defect analysis.
Managing client relationships and ensuring project delivery within set timeframes and budgets.
Mentoring and supporting junior members of the team.
Requirements of the Senior Chartered Building Surveyor:
MRICS qualified with substantial post-qualification experience.
Proven experience in a consultancy environment, working across a variety of sectors.
Strong knowledge of building regulations, planning law, and construction contracts.
