A friendly and nurturing primary school in South Manchester is seeking a Reception Teacher to start ASAP on a full-time basis until the end of term, with the potential for extension for the right candidate. The school is easily commutable from Cheadle, Wilmslow, Wythenshawe, Stockport, Didsbury and South Manchester areas, with excellent transport links nearby.
This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established EYFS team within a one-form entry primary school that prides itself on its supportive staff culture and child-centred approach to learning. Shared planning and resources are in place, alongside experienced classroom support staff and approachable senior leaders.
The role
Reception Class Teacher - Full-time
Teaching within a Reception class until the end of term
Planning and delivering engaging EYFS learning opportunities
Creating a nurturing, stimulating and inclusive classroom environment
Working collaboratively with the EYFS team and support staff
Building positive relationships with pupils, parents and colleagues

The ideal candidate
UK Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
Experience teaching EYFS / Reception
Strong understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage Framework
Positive, nurturing classroom approach
Ability to build strong relationships with pupils, staff and parents
