We are working with a friendly and established primary school in Stechford to appoint a dedicated KS2 Teacher for the upcoming academic year. The school is keen to hear from teachers with experience in either Lower or Upper Key Stage 2 and is equally happy to consider motivated ECTs eager to develop within a nurturing environment.
This is a full-time position for the full academic year, with the potential for a permanent opportunity for the successful candidate. Responsibilities:
Plan, deliver and evaluate engaging lessons
Adapt teaching to suit the needs of pupils
Monitor and assess pupil progress, adapting support where needed
Create a positive and structured classroom environment
Work closely with colleagues, support staff and SLT
Build strong relationships with parents and carers
Support pupils through key transitions and preparation for SATs where applicableWhat We're Looking For:
QTS
Experience teaching within KS2
Strong classroom management and communication skills
A positive and proactive approach to teaching and learning
