We are currently recruiting for a Customer Service & Operations Assistant to join a busy and supportive team.
🕒 Working Hours
Monday to Friday
08:00 – 16:00 (includes 30-minute break)💷 Pay
£12.92 per hour📌 Main Responsibilities
This role focuses on providing essential administrative and customer support within a fast-paced environment.
Handling customer support emails and direct communication with customers (once trained and confident)
Filing and managing Proof of Deliveries (PODs)
Reporting and tracking delivery shortages
Monitoring transport delays and failures
Updating internal progress reports🧠 Skills Required
Strong IT skills, particularly Microsoft Excel
Confident email communication
Good organisational and multitasking ability
Ability to work accurately in a busy environment🎓 Training Full training will be provided on site.
