Starting salary £25,000 per annum + uncapped commission (realistic OTE £35,000 in Year 1)

You -

Degree in Business, HR, Psychology, or related field

You have a natural passion and ability to chat - establishing solid relationships with clients and candidates over the phone and face-to-face

You have a great work ethic; you only go to work to achieve and deliver

You have a drive to earn money
