How our sorting works

The order in which job vacancies are displayed is determined by a composite score based on the following factors:

  • Keyword Relevance: How well your search terms match the vacancy details. We prioritize matches found in the job title, followed by job requirements, location names, and educational levels. Matches within general employer information or the organization's name carry a lower weight.
  • Commercial Prioritization (Premium Jobs): Vacancies paid for by employers ('Premium' or 'Sponsored') receive a ranking boost and will appear higher in the search results.
  • Recency (Date Relevance): Newer vacancies are prioritized. The relevance score of a vacancy is reduced by half once the posting is older than 30 days.
  • Proximity (Distance Relevance): Vacancies located closer to your search location are ranked higher. For vacancies located more than 30 km from the search center, the relevance score is halved.
The final ranking is established by multiplying all these individual factors to calculate the total relevance score.

    Job Title: Façade Project Coordinator
    Location: West Midlands/Hybrid
    Salary: DOE
    Sector: Offsite Construction

    About the Opportunity

    Our client, a leading organisation within the offsite manufacturing and construction sector, is seeking to expand their façade division with a Project Coordinator with a background in facades, to help with the smooth delivery of high-value façade schemes. This is a pivotal position within a growing function, where you will manage projects from early design coordination through manufacture, installation & handover.

    The Role

    As Project Coordinator, you will work across the complete lifecycle of façade packages across multiple projects. Your role will be working closely with designers, engineers, and specialist supply partners to ensure technical compliance, buildability and efficient delivery are built into every stage, long before materials reach the factory or site.

    Key Responsibilities

    Full involvement of each project from contract award to final handover.
    Developing and aligning programme, procurement, and installation sequencing plans.
    Managing subcontractor performance, resources, and on-site delivery standards.
    Ensuring quality, compliance, and safety expectations are met across all stages. Skills & Experience

    Experience within the cladding, glazing, or façade systems
    Proficient in reading and working from AutoCAD 2D and Revit drawings
    Proven track record working on façade or building envelope projects
    Excellent technical review capabilities and understanding of design risk
    Commercially and contractually aware
    Strong understanding of the Building Safety Act and its impact on façade delivery
