Strategic Lead - Corporate Transformation

Diamond Blaque is seeking a highly experienced Contract Strategic Lead - Corporate Transformation for a public sector organisation based in Hackney, Greater London. This pivotal role involves leading and implementing strategic transformation initiatives to align with the local government’s evolving objectives. This 6-month contract, with potential for extension based on performance, offers an hourly rate of £600 via Umbrella or Ltd company, inside IR35.

Proven experience in strategic leadership, particularly within corporate transformation projects

Strong understanding of local government operations and public sector requirements

Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills

Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex change programmes

Experience in navigating transformation within public sector organisations of similar size

Demonstrable track record of delivering strategic initiatives on time and within scope
