We are currently recruiting for a Production Assembly Operator to join our growing team at a busy spring manufacturing company based in Redditch. This is a hands-on role working within a fast-paced production environment, assembling and inspecting high-quality spring products for a range of industries.
Key Responsibilities
Assembling spring components and related products
Operating basic production and assembly machinery
Conducting quality checks to ensure products meet company standards
Packing and preparing finished products for dispatch
Maintaining a clean and safe working environment
Following health & safety procedures at all times
Supporting the wider production team when required
What We’re Looking For
Previous manufacturing or assembly experience preferred, but not essential
Good attention to detail
Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic
Ability to work as part of a team
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
Willingness to learn and develop new skills
