How our sorting works

The order in which job vacancies are displayed is determined by a composite score based on the following factors:

  • Keyword Relevance: How well your search terms match the vacancy details. We prioritize matches found in the job title, followed by job requirements, location names, and educational levels. Matches within general employer information or the organization's name carry a lower weight.
  • Commercial Prioritization (Premium Jobs): Vacancies paid for by employers ('Premium' or 'Sponsored') receive a ranking boost and will appear higher in the search results.
  • Recency (Date Relevance): Newer vacancies are prioritized. The relevance score of a vacancy is reduced by half once the posting is older than 30 days.
  • Proximity (Distance Relevance): Vacancies located closer to your search location are ranked higher. For vacancies located more than 30 km from the search center, the relevance score is halved.
The final ranking is established by multiplying all these individual factors to calculate the total relevance score.

    Landscape Gardener / Groundworker

    Radlett, Hertfordshire

    3 Month Contract (Potential for extension)

    £18.00 - £20.00 p/h (Umbrella / PAYE)

    07:00am - 3:30pm - Monday - Friday (40 hours per week)

    Are you a Landscape Gardener / Groundworker looking for your next immediately available, long-term days based contract role for a market leading Landscape Gardening Company?

    Due to a full order book, the client is now looking for a Landscape Gardener / Groundworker to join their experience team on a contract basis, where you will be working alongside one of their senior engineers installing water systems throughout the residential & commercial sectors.

    This well-established company are an extremely busy Ground Maintenance Contractor and supply services to commercial sites, industrial sites, housing developments and schools etc.

    This role would suit a Landscape Gardener / Groundworker who is confident in using a variety of different tools and looking for their next immediately available, long term, days based contract for a market leading gardening company.

    The Role:
    - Landscape Gardener / Groundworker
    - Immediately available, days based, long term contract role
    - 07:00am - 3:30pm - Monday - Friday (40 hours per week)

    The Candidate:
    - Looking for a role where you will be working outside throughout the Spring & Summer
    - Prior experience working as a Landscape Gardener / Groundworker
    - Must have a valid CSCS card/certificate
    - Must have a Driving Licence and your own Vehicle
