West London | Immediate Start | 18‑Month Contract (Outside IR35)

The Role
* Lead a new build multi‑storey residential project in West London
* Oversee site operations from set‑up through to completion
* Manage subcontractors and direct site teams
* Work closely with the commercial team to ensure smooth delivery
* Liaise with clients, consultants and stakeholders
* Maintain high standards of Health & Safety and compliance
* Drive programme, quality and productivity across the project
About You
* Proven experience delivering new build residential schemes
* Strong background on London / city centre developments
* Comfortable managing RC frame and multi‑storey construction
* Worked for reputable main contractors
* Strong documentation, reporting and contractual knowledge (JCT ideal)
* Professional, proactive and solutions‑focused
