Are you a caring and enthusiastic Nursery Nurse looking for flexible work within supportive early years settings? is currently recruiting Nursery Nurses to support a variety of nurseries and early years provisions across Huddersfield on a temporary supply basis.
We are looking for practitioners available for day-to-day cover, short-term bookings, and potential longer-term opportunities. This is a fantastic chance to gain experience in different settings while enjoying the flexibility to fit work around your lifestyle.
About the Role
Deliver high-quality care and learning experiences for children aged 0-5 years
Support children's development in line with the EYFS framework
Create a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment
Assist with daily routines including feeding, changing, and nap times
Encourage social, emotional, and language development through play and activities
Work closely with nursery staff to support children's individual needs
Follow safeguarding procedures and nursery policies at all times
Requirements
Level 2 or Level 3 qualification in Early Years/Childcare (or equivalent)
Previous experience working within nursery or early years settings
Good understanding of the EYFS framework
A positive, patient, and nurturing approach
Enhanced DBS on the Update Service, or willingness to obtain one
