Position: Team Member Production Operative
Location: Toyota Deeside Plant, North Wales
Type: Full-Time
Salary: £32,387 per annum ( including shift premium)

What You’ll Do

You’ll be a key part of our production team, working in areas like Assembly, Production Control, Casting, or Machining, helping create world-class engines.

Your responsibilities:

Help create world-class engines by following Toyota’s high standards
Check and support quality at each step to ensure everything runs smoothly
Share ideas to make things better and help the team improve together
Be part of a supportive team where everyone contributes to success

Who We’re Looking For

You’ll need:

·  Comfortable following clear instructions and producing high-quality work
·  Able to work on your feet and enjoy hands-on tasks
·  Pay attention to detail and take pride in doing a job well
·  Eager to learn new skills and try different tasks on the production line
·  Reliable and flexible with a willingness to work extra hours when needed
·  Enjoy being part of a team and contributing to improvements together
No prior manufacturing experience? No problem. We provide full training and ongoing support.

Shift Pattern

Two-shift pattern 

Two-shift rotation (Day: 07:30–15:48 Mon to Fri | Night: 20:30–04:48 Mon to Thurs & Fri  18.00- 02.18 )
39 hours per week + overtime opportunities during high volumes
Mandatory overtime
