How our sorting works

The order in which job vacancies are displayed is determined by a composite score based on the following factors:

  • Keyword Relevance: How well your search terms match the vacancy details. We prioritize matches found in the job title, followed by job requirements, location names, and educational levels. Matches within general employer information or the organization's name carry a lower weight.
  • Commercial Prioritization (Premium Jobs): Vacancies paid for by employers ('Premium' or 'Sponsored') receive a ranking boost and will appear higher in the search results.
  • Recency (Date Relevance): Newer vacancies are prioritized. The relevance score of a vacancy is reduced by half once the posting is older than 30 days.
  • Proximity (Distance Relevance): Vacancies located closer to your search location are ranked higher. For vacancies located more than 30 km from the search center, the relevance score is halved.
The final ranking is established by multiplying all these individual factors to calculate the total relevance score.

Ready to Build the Future of Sales - and Your Career?

We’re looking for an ambitious, people-driven Sales Specialist ready to make a big impact. If you’re passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences, building long-term customer relationships, and growing professionally in a fast-paced environment, this opportunity is for you.

This isn’t your average sales role. You’ll be joining a company where your voice matters, your results are recognized, and your future is wide open. Whether it’s launching new business opportunities, delivering premium customer experience, you’ll be at the heart of our growth story.

    What You’ll Be Doing:

    • Drive sales growth – defining commercial strategy (value-based pricing), submitting quotes, negotiating with customers and securing business.
    • Own customer relationships – from first contact to order receipt and ongoing account support.
    • Work closely with internal teams (Sales, Operations, Finance, Engineering) to deliver solutions that exceed expectations.
    • Support contract negotiations, pricing strategy, and deal structuring.
    • Lead with influence, setting a high standard for collaboration, accountability, and performance.
    • Ensure customer satisfaction, by providing timely responses and follow-up and offering tailor-made proposals.

    What We’re Looking For

    • A self-starter who loves ownership, initiative, and seeing results.
    • Someone customer-centric - who knows how to build trust and add value.
    • A strategic thinker who can solve problems and drive outcomes with data.
    • A future leader - ready to step into more responsibility and grow with the company.
    • A strong communicator and team player, comfortable working across departments.

    Qualifications

    Required:

    • Experience in sales, business development, or account management where negotiation and relationship-building were key.
    • Ability to manage customer or supplier accounts and create win-win outcomes.
    • Good financial understanding - pricing, margins, risk management.
    • Comfortable with Microsoft Office tools and ERP systems.

    Nice to Have:

    • Experience working in cross-functional teams.
    • Background in aerospace or technical industries.

    Education:

    • A degree in Business, Aerospace, Procurement, Engineering, or related fields is preferred - but equivalent experience is welcome.

Why You’ll Love Working with Us

    • Clear path to growth : This role is built for growth. As we expand, you'll have the chance to grow with us - fast.
    • Make a real impact : Your work will directly influence revenue, strategy, and customer success.
    • Collaborative culture : Work with passionate, driven people who want to win together.
    • Diverse challenges : No two days are the same. You’ll never stop learning.

Take the next step in your career.

If you’re ready to take ownership, drive results, and grow into the aerospace sector - we want to meet you.
