How our sorting works

The order in which job vacancies are displayed is determined by a composite score based on the following factors:

  • Keyword Relevance: How well your search terms match the vacancy details. We prioritize matches found in the job title, followed by job requirements, location names, and educational levels. Matches within general employer information or the organization's name carry a lower weight.
  • Commercial Prioritization (Premium Jobs): Vacancies paid for by employers ('Premium' or 'Sponsored') receive a ranking boost and will appear higher in the search results.
  • Recency (Date Relevance): Newer vacancies are prioritized. The relevance score of a vacancy is reduced by half once the posting is older than 30 days.
  • Proximity (Distance Relevance): Vacancies located closer to your search location are ranked higher. For vacancies located more than 30 km from the search center, the relevance score is halved.
The final ranking is established by multiplying all these individual factors to calculate the total relevance score.

    **About the Role**


    We are looking for an energetic and strategic Sales Enablement professional to join a high-impact team. This is an exciting opportunity to shape the success of sales teams by designing and delivering world-class enablement programs. You will be a vital link between product, marketing, and sales, ensuring our sales professionals are always at the top of their game.     **What You'll Do:**


    * **Onboard New Sales Hires:** Lead and continuously refine onboarding programs for all new sales hires. Collaborate with sales leaders to plan schedules and learning paths, facilitating sessions that cover product knowledge, customer engagement, and sales methodologies.

    * **Conduct Call Reviews and Coaching:** Regularly analyze sales calls to identify coaching opportunities and skill gaps. Facilitate call calibration sessions with Sales Managers to ensure consistent coaching and feedback, and proactively recommend training initiatives based on observed trends.

    * **Drive Sales Skills Development:** Design and deliver engaging sales training focused on critical skills such as prospecting, discovery, value-based conversations, and closing. Tailor learning experiences to specific sales motions and customer needs, reinforcing learning through workshops, role-plays, and coaching.

    * **Ensure Product Knowledge and Continuous Learning:** Partner with Product Marketing teams to deliver timely and effective product and feature updates to sales teams. Develop learning resources that keep sellers informed and confident in product discussions, maintaining alignment with global enablement standards.

    * **Manage Enablement Operations:** Participate in regular stakeholder meetings and broader Sales Enablement team discussions. Track and report on enablement activities and seller engagement, managing administrative tasks and program documentation.


    **What You'll Bring:**


    * Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience.

    * Solid sales enablement experience, with a focus on engaging with diverse client types.

    * Previous experience in sales.

    * Proven experience training and developing content to equip sales teams, ideally with a focus on mid-market and enterprise sales skills.

    * Experience working with mid-market and enterprise clients/sales demands.

    * Demonstrated ability to influence and collaborate with multiple organizational levels.

    * Strong facilitation and presentation skills.

    * Experience in identifying and managing complex dynamics and adapting to changes.

    * Analytical and problem-solving skills.

    * Excellent written and oral communication skills.

    * Ability to think strategically and balance short-term and long-term goals.

    * Proficiency in relevant Sales Enablement and Sales Productivity software and tools.

    * **Communication:** Clearly and confidently convey information, whether training sellers or working with stakeholders.

    * **Consultancy:** Seek to understand root causes, using curiosity, questioning, and listening to diagnose needs effectively.

    * **Influencing:** Motivate and guide others to act, even without direct authority.

    * **Data Literacy:** Comfortable using or learning data tools to measure enablement impact and inform decisions.

    * **Proactiveness:** Take initiative to identify opportunities for improvement and act on them quickly.

    * **AI Literacy:** Experience working with various AI tools and enabling others to make the most of it; curious and eager to learn and deploy new technologies.


    **Bonus Points:**

    * Experience selling B2B software or marketing solutions.
