Locally, we have over 35 current listings at an average of £2.7m (ranging from £650,000 Studios to £20m Mansions) providing the opportunity for immediate sales.
Role Description: Self Employed
Are you an experienced Sales and Lettings Estate Agent? Would you like to work on the sale and letting of luxury homes in South East London? Are you a motivated, driven, professional individual with excellent knowledge of the local area and strong networking links? We are looking for someone who can demonstrate a passion for working with low volume, high value, discerning clients combined with a desire to ensure a personalised and responsive service throughout the clients’ move journey.
The office covers the SE, BR and E14 & E16 postcodes, we would like you to join our experienced team and start the journey to becoming a Fine & Country Marketing consultant. You will be consulting with affluent, HNW and UHNW clients on creating and overseeing a strategy to get them the best price in the market.

Suitable Candidate
- Experience in valuing and listing properties in the £1.5m+bracket.
- Highly motivated, ambitious, entrepreneurial, and able to work independently.
- At least 2-3 years of listing experience in and ideally a black book of Clients and Landlords in the areas you wish to cover.
- Proficiency in Real Estate Legal Requirements and Compliance
- Knowledge of short leases and dealing with high net worth individuals
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills
