Sales Development Representative (SDR) – High-Growth Tech Startup (London)
Hybrid | Liverpool Street | £35k base - £40k base + £15k OTE
An ambitious, fast-growing startup is looking for a Sales Development Representative to join a tight‑knit, energetic team based near Liverpool Street.
In this role, you’ll be driving top-of-funnel activity and supporting enterprise organisations.
You will:
- Identify and prospect ideal customer profiles across the Enterprise space
- Engage decision-makers alongside internal product and procurement experts
- Surface cost-saving opportunities within a company’s software stack
- Build relationships and guide prospects through the early buying journey
- Contribute ideas, processes, and energy to a high-growth startup culture
Must-haves:
- 12+ months of B2B sales experience (SaaS experience preferred, not a must)
- Proactive and self-motivated approach
- Strong commercial or procurement mindset
- Comfortable reaching out to and opening conversations with senior stakeholders
- Passion for improving how organisations buy and use software
