Your Role as a Small Works Manager will include:
* Overseeing delivery of small works & reactive projects across commercial sites
* Supervising in-house operatives & subcontractors
* Preparing quotes, managing budgets & delivering to KPIs
* Ensuring H&S standards & safe working practices are adhered to

The successful Small Works Manager will need:
* Proven leadership experience in FM / small works / building maintenance
* Background in general building, carpentry or fabric works
* Strong commercial awareness & organisational ability
* Commutable to Sidcup with willingness to travel locally
