Duties
* Assisting with the preparation and organisation of materials and equipment for daily operations
* Supporting production processes as directed by supervisors
* Maintaining cleanliness and organisation of the work area to ensure health and safety compliance
* Operating basic machinery or tools following safety protocols (training provided)
* Loading and unloading goods or materials using manual handling techniques or equipment
* Conducting routine inspections to identify any faults or hazards and reporting them promptly
* Supporting team members in completing tasks efficiently and effectively
* Adhering to all health and safety regulations at all times
Skills
* Good organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively
* Strong attention to detail to ensure quality standards are met
* Ability to work both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
* Basic physical fitness for manual handling tasks and standing for extended periods
* Willingness to learn new skills and adapt to different roles within the organisation
* Previous experience in a similar operative role is advantageous but not essential; training will be provided
Shifts:
Monday to Thursday, 2:00 PM – 12:00 AM
Monday to Friday, 06:00AM - 2:00 PM
