Role Overview
Support client accounts by ensuring smooth delivery of activity, translating client needs into execution plans and maintaining strong relationships to drive growth.
Key Responsibilities
Support account management and deliver day‑to‑day client service
Translate client needs into clear briefs, plans and store activity
Coordinate internal teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery
Monitor performance, data quality and completion rates
Produce reports and insights demonstrating results
Identify improvements to processes and ways of workingKey Requirements
Experience in account support, operations or client service
Strong organisation and planning skills
Excellent communication and relationship‑building ability
Proactive, solutions‑focused and able to work with ambiguity
Confident with Excel, PowerPoint and fast‑paced environmentsKey Outcomes
High client satisfaction and service delivery
Accurate and timely execution of activity
Clear reporting and actionable insights
