We’re expanding our Rail team in Manchester and looking for an experienced Commercial Manager to lead the commercial delivery of major rail infrastructure projects.

🔍 Your Role Will Include:

* Leading commercial strategy across high-profile rail programmes

* Managing budgets, cost control, forecasting, and financial reporting

* Overseeing procurement and subcontractor performance

* Navigating NEC and Network Rail contract frameworks

* Building strong relationships with clients, contractors, and stakeholders

* Proven experience in rail infrastructure, with direct Network Rail exposure

* Strong commercial and contractual expertise

* Excellent stakeholder engagement and negotiation skills
