Responsibilities
* Providing Expert Witness testimony and support to a broad client base in the construction and engineering sectors.
* Working on behalf of tier 1 law firms, Insurers and other clients on high value £multi-million disputes, investigations and arbitrations.
* Becoming a key member of the London leadership team
* Business development and helping to promote the business domestically
* Assisting with the development and management of new/existing staff.
Requirements
* Degree / professionally qualified, ideally with additional qualifications in construction law.
* Someone used to working closely with construction lawyers, contractors, and investors on high-stakes commissions
* Someone who has been cross-examined ideally in arbitration
* An articulate communicator, exceptional written English language skills.
* At least part of your early career is likely to have been spent with a main contractor in the building, infrastructure, oil & gas or power sector.
