The Opportunity:

A company that is always open to innovation, improvement and inclusiveness. With further growth this year, the opportunity has arisen for a strong Shift Manager or Operations Manager to take on the role as Head of Production / Production Manager.

Responsibilities:

* Managing a leadership team of Shift Managers and Team leaders across 2 shifts (Double Days pattern)

* Analyse production data to identify areas for improvement in efficiency, cost, and waste

* Maintain a safe production environment

* Manage resources including Rotas and employee holiday

* Maintain smooth operations, meeting and exceeding targets for efficiency, Quality and Wastage.

* Identify and resolve operational challenges, including machine downtime, staffing requirements

The Person:

* Previous Experience Within Packaging or FMCG is essential

* A people person, strong maangement

* Strong organizational and managerial skills

* Growth Mindset: The successful individual will be someone who wants to be part of the companies continued success and ambitions.
