The successful candidate will provide high-level administrative and organisational support to senior staff members while ensuring the smooth running of a busy front-office environment. This role would suit someone who is highly organised, professional, adaptable and confident managing multiple priorities.
This is a term-time plus position, based fully on-site.
Key Duties:
• Providing full PA support to senior leadership staff
• Managing diaries, meetings, correspondence and scheduling
• Supporting the smooth running of the main office and wider administrative functions
• Acting as a professional first point of contact for visitors, clients and stakeholders
• Preparing reports, documents and communications using Microsoft Office
• Maintaining accurate records and updating internal database systems
• Supporting wider administrative processes and operational projects
• Line managing administrative support staff within the office team
• Liaising professionally with internal and external stakeholders
• Assisting with additional operational and administrative duties as required
The successful candidate will have:
• Previous experience within a senior PA, Executive Assistant or Office Manager position
• Excellent organisational and time management skills
• Strong Microsoft Office skills including Outlook, Word and Excel
• Experience using database systems and administrative software
• The ability to prioritise effectively within a busy environment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• A calm, professional and adaptable approach
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to maintain confidentiality
