How our sorting works

The order in which job vacancies are displayed is determined by a composite score based on the following factors:

  • Keyword Relevance: How well your search terms match the vacancy details. We prioritize matches found in the job title, followed by job requirements, location names, and educational levels. Matches within general employer information or the organization's name carry a lower weight.
  • Commercial Prioritization (Premium Jobs): Vacancies paid for by employers ('Premium' or 'Sponsored') receive a ranking boost and will appear higher in the search results.
  • Recency (Date Relevance): Newer vacancies are prioritized. The relevance score of a vacancy is reduced by half once the posting is older than 30 days.
  • Proximity (Distance Relevance): Vacancies located closer to your search location are ranked higher. For vacancies located more than 30 km from the search center, the relevance score is halved.
The final ranking is established by multiplying all these individual factors to calculate the total relevance score.

Working within a cutting-edge R&D environment, the Test Engineer will play a central role in validating advanced hardware systems across challenging operating conditions.
This role focuses on designing and executing test programmes across a diverse hardware stack, supporting the development of robust, high-performance systems. You will work closely with multidisciplinary teams to ensure products meet rigorous reliability, safety and environmental standards.

The Test Engineer will be responsible for:

Designing and operating bespoke test setups for a range of hardware systems.
Executing structural, thermal, vibration and fatigue testing aligned to internal and industry standards.
Operating and maintaining laboratory equipment such as environmental chambers, vibration tables and data acquisition systems.
Analysing test data and translating results into clear design improvements and recommendations.
Supporting the development and setup of internal testing facilities and infrastructure.
Collaborating with engineering teams to support rapid development and iteration cycles.
    The Test Engineer will have:

A degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline.
At least 3 years of hands-on experience in prototyping, testing or laboratory environments.

Strong understanding of environmental and structural testing methodologies.
The ability to work independently and contribute effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
