We are recruiting for an experienced and compassionate Team Leader to join a Children's Residential Home supporting young people with Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs.
This is a rewarding opportunity to support young people in a safe, nurturing and therapeutic environment while leading and motivating a dedicated care team.
What the role involves:
Leading shifts and supporting Residential Support Workers
Supporting young people with daily routines, education and activities
Promoting positive behaviour and emotional wellbeing
Supporting safeguarding and care planning processes
Maintaining accurate records and reports
Deputising for management when required
Creating a safe, supportive and child-centred environmentWhat we are looking for:
Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare (or equivalent)
Experience working within Children's Residential Care
Previous senior or leadership experience desirable
Strong safeguarding knowledge
Compassionate, resilient and supportive approach
Full UK driving licenceWhat's on offer:
Salary up to £46,944 including sleep-ins & bonuses
£80 per sleep-in
