We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Year 3 Teacher to join a welcoming and well-resourced primary school in Sheffield on a fixed-term contract until the end of July. This is an excellent opportunity for a student teacher or early career teacher who is looking to complete their first teaching role in a supportive environment.

You will be responsible for teaching an engaging Year 3 class, delivering high-quality lessons in line with the national curriculum. You will be supported by experienced colleagues and leadership who are committed to developing new and emerging teachers.
Requirements
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or due to gain QTS this academic year (recently completed PGCE or BA in Education)
Strong understanding of the primary curriculum, particularly Key Stage 2
Confident classroom practitioner with strong behaviour management skills
Professional, reliable, and committed to high standards of teaching and learning
Ability to build positive relationships with pupils, staff, and parents
Enthusiastic and passionate about primary education
Confident in managing classroom behaviour effectively and calmly
Willing to learn and develop with support from experienced staff
Highly professional and dependable in their approach
Keen to contribute positively to a supportive school community
