Chef de partie needed for a recently refurbished golf & country club in Horsham. They have a spa, golf course and lodges for guests, as well as catering for functions and weddings.
You'll be working in a team of 4 chefs, cooking form scratch using fresh, locally sourced ingredients.
Information on the Chef de partie role:
Kitchen is open 7am - 9m, so you will work 8 hours per day, early or late shift
Good opportunity to develop in a fresh team, catering for exciting functions as well as day to day for the members

What You Need To Be a Successful Chef - Horsham
Experience as a chef de partie in a fresh food establishment
Previous experience in a fresh food kitchen
Willingness to learn and progress
Great communication skills and ability to work well within a team
A great team member who can take this operation forward
