Key Responsibilities:
Managing project costs to ensure financial efficiency
Conducting material and earthworks assessments
Overseeing financial reporting, budgeting, and cost control
Ensuring compliance with contractual and statutory regulations
Collaborating closely with project managers and other stakeholders
Providing detailed reports and documentation
Working onsite full-time with a standard working schedule of 7:30 AM - 5:00 PM
Handling five new significant projects with a focus on efficient and timely delivery
Job Requirements:
Experience in Quantity Surveying within the housing sector
Strong background in materials, groundwork, and earthworks
Exceptional team-playing abilities and a commitment to long-term team collaboration
Excellent financial management and analytical skills
Proficient in using industry-standard software for budgeting and cost control
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple projects simultaneously
