How our sorting works

The order in which job vacancies are displayed is determined by a composite score based on the following factors:

  • Keyword Relevance: How well your search terms match the vacancy details. We prioritize matches found in the job title, followed by job requirements, location names, and educational levels. Matches within general employer information or the organization's name carry a lower weight.
  • Commercial Prioritization (Premium Jobs): Vacancies paid for by employers ('Premium' or 'Sponsored') receive a ranking boost and will appear higher in the search results.
  • Recency (Date Relevance): Newer vacancies are prioritized. The relevance score of a vacancy is reduced by half once the posting is older than 30 days.
  • Proximity (Distance Relevance): Vacancies located closer to your search location are ranked higher. For vacancies located more than 30 km from the search center, the relevance score is halved.
The final ranking is established by multiplying all these individual factors to calculate the total relevance score.

    Assistant Information Management Specialist – Offshore Wind Industry
    Location: Copenhagen HQ, Norwich, Vejle

As our industry continues to develop, so do we! We are now looking for an Assistant Information Management Specialist to support Cadeler’s large-scale projects.
    What will you do?
    As our new Assistant Information Management Specialist, you will be a part of the Information Management team responsible for ensuring that project documentation and correspondence are captured, saved, and managed in Cadeler’s Document Management System.
    Your main tasks include:
    * Support Projects in the management of project documentation, both internal and external.
    * Communication of Information Management governance and tools to project members.
    * Contribute to the updates and maintenance of the Information Management framework of procedures, processes, and document control tools.
    * Quality assurance of documents and deliverables.
    * SharePoint and client system support, including use of correct document templates, cover pages, and tools.

    * A BSc in Library and Information Science or similar degree.
    * 1-2 years of experience in Records- and Information Management
    * Preferably knowledge about ISO and other relevant International Standards
    * Preferably hands-on experience with SharePoint
    * English fluency, both written and spoken
