Hours: Monday – Friday 8am – 4.30pm
Hourly rate: £13.89ph
I am seeking an individual who has experience working within a warehouse environment. You will be an important member of the team who prides themselves on commitment and work ethic. The hours are extremely attractive for a Warehouse position.
The successful candidate will be an additional team member to join a busy warehouse undertaking various duties, including picking, packing, boxing, and carrying out assembly work. On a day-to-day basis you will be supporting the manager with the smooth running of warehouse activities.
No forklift license is necessary, however if you do have a counterbalance this will be advantageous.
Responsibilities:
* Ensure goods are despatched in a timely manner
* Control the stock flow and record accurately
* Packaging of products
* Work to a quality management system
* Assist with the assembly of products
* Computer literate for stock control and labelling purposes
* Liaise with shipping agents
To be considered:
* Good attention to detail
* Ability to prioritise workload
* Experience of working in a Warehouse environment
* Good written and verbal communication skills
* Computer literate
