We’re seeking a Warehouse Administrator to join our client on a temporary to permanent basis in Oakham. A renowned manufacturing company, they are seeking an individual with strong administration skills and experience within a Stores or Warehouse environment.

The Warehouse Administrator Role;
* Ensure the stock rotation of all parts with shelf life limitations
* Maintain effective stock control and liaising with purchasing and production team
* Maintain a high level of house-keeping and ensure all stock has part numbers
* Work closely with material handlers to improve and maintain smooth running of all areas
* Counting of goods received from supplies against delivery notes
* Check delivery notes against the relevant accounts - check delivered quantity VS order quantity in SAP and dealing with any discrepancies
* Booking in daily deliveries within a specific time frame
* Manage all paperwork and delivery notes
* Liaising with other departments to ensure smooth running of the warehouse
The Warehouse Administrator Candidate;
* Strong administration skills
* Reach/PPT Forklift licence
* Experience within Stores or Warehousing
* Able to work unsupervised
* SAP competent or relevant programs
* Ability to work under pressure, prioritise and multi-task
* Excellent attention to detail
