Share of gratuities circa £4,000 per annum
£31-£35k per annum

The Role
We are looking for an enthusiastic Pub Supervisor for a small front of house team for a beautiful pub near Hook, experienced in hospitality, retail or leisure. The Pub and B&B is located on Odiham’s picturesque High Street, near to Hook, Alton and Basingstoke. The Pub is part of a highly reputable group operating within Surrey.

Responsibilities
As pub supervisor You will share a passion for great service. You will be a highly valued and crucial part of the front of house team being the face of service, ensuring that customers have an exceptional experience every time.

Reuirements
The Ideal Supervisor would have the following skills:
· Customer service experience is essential
· A customer focussed mindset. 
· Cellar and Liquor management experience preferred but not essential
· A passion for great food and drink. 
· Ambition and drive to become an expert on products, promotions, and competitions
· The ability to take the lead when necessary and have the experience to ensure the front of house operation runs smoothly
