A supportive and forward-thinking primary school in Ipswich is seeking a confident and experienced Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) to join their team from September 2026. The school is proud of its inclusive ethos, strong teamwork, and commitment to ensuring every child receives the support they need to succeed.

This is an excellent opportunity for an HLTA who enjoys variety in their role and is confident leading whole-class learning, supporting intervention groups, and working closely with teaching staff to raise attainment across the school.

Key responsibilities:

Deliver planned lessons and cover whole classes when required
Support teaching and learning across KS1 and KS2
Lead targeted intervention groups to support pupil progress
Assist with planning, assessment, and classroom preparation
Support positive behaviour and pupil engagementThe school offers:
