About the Role

This full-time position offers an exciting opportunity to support children within a nurturing and engaging Early Years setting. Working alongside the class teacher, you will help create a positive learning environment where every child feels supported, encouraged, and valued.

Your responsibilities will include:

Supporting the delivery of creative, play-based learning activities
Working closely with the class teacher to promote pupil progress and development
Providing additional support for children with SEND where required
Encouraging children's social, emotional, and communication development
Helping to maintain a safe, stimulating, and inclusive classroom environment

The Ideal Candidate Will:

Hold a Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification (essential)
Have previous experience working within an EYFS setting
Have experience supporting children with SEND (desirable)
Be enthusiastic, caring, and proactive in their approach
Demonstrate a genuine passion for early childhood education
Be committed to supporting children in reaching key developmental milestones
