How our sorting works

The order in which job vacancies are displayed is determined by a composite score based on the following factors:

  • Keyword Relevance: How well your search terms match the vacancy details. We prioritize matches found in the job title, followed by job requirements, location names, and educational levels. Matches within general employer information or the organization's name carry a lower weight.
  • Commercial Prioritization (Premium Jobs): Vacancies paid for by employers ('Premium' or 'Sponsored') receive a ranking boost and will appear higher in the search results.
  • Recency (Date Relevance): Newer vacancies are prioritized. The relevance score of a vacancy is reduced by half once the posting is older than 30 days.
  • Proximity (Distance Relevance): Vacancies located closer to your search location are ranked higher. For vacancies located more than 30 km from the search center, the relevance score is halved.
The final ranking is established by multiplying all these individual factors to calculate the total relevance score.

    Job description

    Designer & Production Assistant

PHIX is a rapidly growing luxury-inspired fashion brand blending British rock ’n’ roll attitude with elevated tailoring, statement fabrics and iconic cultural collaborations.

Known for our collaborations with artists including The Rolling Stones and David Bowie, PHIX creates collections inspired by music, vintage culture and timeless stagewear, combining strong visual identity with modern luxury fashion.

We are looking for a highly creative, organised and detail-focused Designer & Production Assistant to work closely with our founder, design team and production team across upcoming collections and product launches.

This is not a traditional corporate fashion role. We are looking for someone ambitious, visually driven and deeply passionate about fashion, music and culture, someone excited to help build a globally recognised brand.

    Responsibilities

    • Assisting with design development across menswear collections
    • Supporting collection organisation, product development and sample tracking
    • Creating and updating tech packs, design sheets and product documents
    • Communicating with suppliers and factories regarding samples, fabrics and revisions
    • Assisting with fittings, measurements and product feedback
    • Helping organise trims, fabrics, labels and development approvals
    • Supporting creative research and inspiration for upcoming collections
    • Assisting with collaboration projects and launch preparation
    • Helping maintain organisation across Airtable, Google Drive and internal systems
    • Supporting graphics, presentation decks and visual collection planning where required
    • Using AI tools such as ChatGPT and Claude to improve workflows, organisation and creative development

    Requirements

    • Strong interest in fashion, luxury brands, music and culture
    • Excellent visual taste and understanding of fashion aesthetics
    • Highly organised with strong attention to detail
    • Ability to multitask in a fast-moving environment
    • Good communication skills
    • Comfortable working closely with a founder-led creative team
    • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (especially Illustrator and Photoshop)
    • Understanding of garment construction, fabrics and product development is preferred
    • Experience within fashion design, production or product development is beneficial
    • AI literacy and comfort using modern creative/productivity tools is a major advantage

    The Ideal Candidate

    You are someone who:

    • Loves fashion, music and visual culture
    • Understands luxury and premium aesthetics
    • Is proactive and highly driven
    • Has strong creative instincts
    • Wants to be part of building something ambitious
    • Naturally notices details others miss

    About PHIX

PHIX is worn globally by musicians, artists and creatives, and has become known for its signature blend of tailoring, rock influence and statement design.

    Recent collaborations include:

    • The Rolling Stones
