Key Responsibilities
Lead preparation and review of transfer pricing documentation (Master File, Local Files, intercompany agreements)
Conduct financial analyses, benchmarking and TP calculations
Support implementation and governance of global TP policies
Manage transfer pricing audits and enquiriesTax Compliance & Reporting
Oversee monthly, quarterly and annual tax filings across multiple jurisdictions
Ensure accuracy, compliance and timely submissions
Maintain audit-ready documentation and supporting schedulesTax Accounting
Support year-end reporting including current and deferred tax calculations
Ensure compliance with IFRS and UK GAAP
Liaise with external auditors on tax mattersAdvisory & Business Partnering
Provide tax guidance on cross-border transactions, restructures and projects
Monitor and assess regulatory developments (UK, EU, OECD)
Collaborate with Finance, Legal and Commercial stakeholdersGovernance & Process Improvement
Support development of tax controls and governance frameworks
Identify and implement process improvements
Partner with finance teams to improve data accuracy and consistencyYou will be ACA, ACCA or CTA part or fully qualified and have experience in tax either within industry or practice. You will need to have strong analytical skills and excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
