Location: Rowley Regis
We’re looking for a hands‑on Production Manager to join our veterinary products operation on a short‑term basis, running until the end of July. There is potential for this role to become permanent for the right candidate.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead and manage a small team of 8
* Oversee daily production operations within a veterinary products environment
* Book goods and consignments in and out
* Ensure smooth workflow, compliance, and high standards on the shop floor
* Be visible, practical, and hands‑on in day‑to‑day operations
About You
* Experience in food manufacturing, production, or veterinary/pharmaceutical products
* Confident with goods inwards and dispatch processes
* A strong, hands‑on manager who leads from the front
* Reach truck licence preferred
* IOSHH qualification would be an advantage
Working Hours
* Monday to Thursday: 06:00 – 16:00
* Friday: 06:00 – 12:00
Salary
* £33,000 – £37,000 per year, depending on experience
