Bright Star Talent is currently recruiting enthusiastic and reliable Teaching Assistants to work across a variety of primary schools in Birmingham.
We have flexible opportunities available including day-to-day cover, short-term placements, and longer-term roles supporting pupils across EYFS, KS1, and KS2. This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals who enjoy working with children and supporting their learning and development within the classroom.
The Role:
* Support class teachers with daily classroom activities
* Work with pupils on a 1:1 basis or in small groups
* Help create a positive and engaging learning environment
* Support children with learning, behaviour, and classroom tasks
* Assist with classroom organisation and preparation
* Encourage pupil confidence, participation, and progress
What We’re Looking For:
* Level 2 or Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification preferred
* Experience working within UK primary schools desirable
* Positive, proactive, and flexible approach
* Strong communication and teamwork skills
* Passion for supporting children’s education and development
* Ability to build positive relationships with pupils and staff
