Commercial Paralegal

A well-established and highly regarded law firm in Reading is looking to recruit an experienced Paralegal to join its busy and expanding Commercial Property team.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to further develop their experience within a supportive and fast-paced environment, working closely alongside experienced lawyers on a varied caseload of commercial property matters.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience within a similar legal support role, along with a solid understanding of commercial property transactions and procedures. Experience using case management systems is beneficial.

Key responsibilities include:
* Supporting fee earners across a broad range of commercial property matters
* Preparing legal documentation and assisting with transactions
* Managing client correspondence, calls and emails
* Opening and closing files and ensuring compliance procedures are completed accurately
* Maintaining and updating case management systems
* Providing administrative and typing support to the wider team

The successful candidate will be highly organised, proactive and detail-oriented, with strong communication and client care skills and the ability to manage a busy workload effectively.
