The successful SEN Teaching Assistant will work closely with teachers and therapists to provide tailored support that helps every child achieve their full potential.
As an SEN Teaching Assistant, you will:
Support pupils on a 1:1 and small group basis
Assist with classroom activities and behaviour support
Help create a positive and inclusive learning environment
Work alongside experienced staff in a specialist setting
Gain outstanding education and training opportunitiesThis role is based in Barking and Dagenham and is ideal for candidates considering a long-term career in education and training. Previous experience supporting children with special educational needs is desirable but not essential.
