You’ll inherit an active pipeline of roles and clients, with support from the consultant previously managing the desk to ensure a smooth handover and immediate momentum.
You’ll be recruiting across our thriving Technical & Engineering division, working on vacancies including:
- Quality Engineers
- Maintenance Engineers
- Health & Safety Managers
- Design Managers
- Manufacturing & Technical Professionals

We’re looking for someone who:
🔷 Has previous recruitment experience with a proven track record in a successful 360 role
🔷 Is driven, motivated, enthusiastic, and commercially minded
🔷 Has experience recruiting within Technical and Engineering sectors OR a strong technical mindset with 360 recruitment experience
🔷 Enjoys building client relationships and developing business opportunities
🔷 Thrives in a fast-paced, and driven environment
